Commercial Duct Insulation Services

Thermal & Acoustic Duct Insulation Services for AHU’s and HVAC systems Across the UK

Duct insulation is a vital part of any HVAC system, helping to maintain energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and acoustic comfort. Whether it’s for chilled air, heated air, or ventilation, effective insulation prevents thermal losses, condensation, and system inefficiency.

At Bremaco Ltd, we provide installation, repair, and replacement services for ductwork and pipework insulation in commercial, public sector, and industrial buildings throughout the UK.

How to Know When Your Insulation Is Not Working Properly

Watch out for these warning signs that your AHU duct insulation may be failing:

    • Visible damage, sagging, or missing insulation

    • Condensation or water staining near ductwork

    • Inconsistent temperatures in conditioned spaces

    • Unexplained increases in energy usage

    • Musty odours, indicating mould or damp

    • Noisy ductwork or airflow that was previously quiet

If you suspect an issue, our team can carry out a full inspection and thermal assessment to evaluate your insulation’s performance.

    Replacement & Upgrade Insulation Services

If your ductwork insulation is damaged, saturated, non-compliant, or simply outdated, replacement is often the most effective and cost-efficient solution. We offer:

        • Full strip-out and re-insulation of existing AHU ductwork and pipework

        • Upgrades to modern, fire-rated insulation materials

        • Thermal and acoustic insulation tailored to your system

        • Internal and external duct insulation, including weatherproofing

        • Protective cladding and vapour barrier systems

        • Quick, clean installation with minimal disruption to your building operations

All works are carried out by experienced HVAC insulation technicians and comply with current UK standards.
